All Applicants/Representatives are invited to visit VFS Visa Application Centre for submission of visa documents as well as for the collection of processed passports with the purpose to obtain the Ukrainian entry visa.

VFS GLOBAL Visa Application Centre – For Ukrainian Visa

Address:  Kuningan City Mall 3rd Floor, Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio Kav. 18, Setiabudi, Kuningan Jakarta – 12940, Indonesia.

Application submission timings: 09:00 to 12:00 and  13.00 to 16.00 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

Query and passport collection timings: 14:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

IMPORTANT !

Due to the entering into force of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on Visa Exemption for the Nationals Holding Diplomatic and Service Passports, the holders of Indonesian Diplomatic and Service passports don`t need visa to enter Ukraine for the period that doesn`t exceed 30 days during each visit.

At the same time diplomats and administrative staff assigned to work in the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Ukraine still need to obtain the corresponding Ukrainian visa.
