November 7-8 2013, the Ambassador of Ukriane to the Republic of Indonesia Volodymyr Pakhil took part in the work of the VI Bali Democracy Forum in the status of an observer. 86 countries in total participated in this year's Forum.

This year's motto was "Consolidated democracy in a pluralist society". The participants exchanged implementation ideas with regard to democratic values and spreading democracy through Asia and the Pacific region, and implementing measures for the benefit of peace and stability.

 The Bali Forum united representatives of different coutnries, and attested to the joint resolution for further development of democratic values and principles, consolidation of effort in building a civil society, protection of human rights, increasingly dynamic effort to resolve global conflict.
