The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Indonesia Volodymyr Pakhil made a working visit to the city of Bandung, capital of the West Jawa province. During the visit, Ambassador Pakhil met with the Governor of the West Jawa province Ahmad Heryawan, with the mayor of the city of Bandung Ridwan Kamil, and heads of various districts.

During the meetings, Ambassador Pakhil brought up issues of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Indonesia in the political, economic, and cultural spheres.

According to the Ukrainian representative, cooperation on an inter-regional, as well as inter-state level has a lot to offer both sides. The Indonesian side sent clear signals of wishing to expand cooperation.
