The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Indonesia Volodymyr Pakhil met with the Head of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia Z. Hasan.

The parties discussed Indonesia's support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation. The parties also discussed the development of bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperaion, in particular by effectuating a visit by representatives of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Republic of Indonesia, and by renewing the work of the relevant "friendship groups".

The Indonesian side was informed of the February 12th Minsk agreement, in which Ukraine, the Russian Federaion, Germany, and France took part, of the efforts of implementation of the Ukrainian side, of the violations of the Russia-backed militants.

The Ambassador expressed his gratitude regarding Indonesia's position of unconditional support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
