H.E. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, sent his greetings to H.E. Viktor Yanukovych, the President of Ukraine, on the occasion of the celebration the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries and expressed warm wishes to the Ukrainian President and the people of Ukraine.

According to the letter the bilateral Ukrainian-Indonesian cooperation, based on friendship, mutual respect and understanding, has been growing and deepening.

The President of Indonesia stressed the importance of meeting with the President of Ukraine during the Seoul Nuclear Security Summit on March 2012 and confirmed his invitation to the Ukrainian President to visit Indonesia.
