A Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the NGO Resilience Center of Ukraine. The purpose of the Memorandum is to cooperate and consolidate the efforts of the parties to disseminate information on the procedure for entry and stay in Ukraine during the quarantine period established to combat the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 in Ukraine.
