The international community needs to be aware of the threat posed by regimes that infringe human rights and freedoms in their effort to assert their authority.
Ukraine calls for an open and fair assessment of the history and the international recognition of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as an act of genocide as a dignent tribute to the memory of millions of its victims.
