The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Indonesia Volodymyr Pakhil met with the Head of the Ukraine-Indonesia Parliamentary Friendship Group, Deputy Head of the Parliamentary Commission II (domestic affairs, regional autonomy, the state apparatus, electoral issues)  Khatibul Umam Wiranu.

The parties exchanged opitions regarding the current issues that dominate the development of Ukrainian-Indonesian relations, in particular - with regard to inter-parliamentary cooperation.

Confidence was voiced with regard to the positive effect on bilateral cooperation that the activity of the Parliamentary Friendship Groups is likely to have.
