The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Indonesia Volodymyr Pakhil met with the Secretary General of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly P.O. Ram.

The Ukrainian side informed the ASEAN Secretariat of the current political processes in Ukraine, as well as the state of the implementation of Minsk agreements, the situation with human rights in the temporarily occupied Crimea, and the Ukrainian citizens unlawfully detained by Russia.

The parties discussed the state of cooperation, as well as the potential for developing relations between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly.
