Only those people who have preserved the memory of their sons and daughters, who did not spare themselves and paid the highest price - their own lives - for freedom, independence, the happiness of their Motherland, deserve a bright future.

November 10 Indonesia commemorates National Heroes Day - honoring those who fell in the fierce selfless battle, defending the freedom and liberty of the young state, their lives paving the way for the future for future generations.

We, Ukrainians, are able to perceive this almost at the genetic level. Because we remember our Heroes who fought against the aggressor throughout the 20th century and are still fighting today: Heroes of Kruty, Heroes of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, Heroes of the Anti-Terrorist Operation are the history of struggle, formation of spirit, formation of the nation.

May peace and harmony reign in the Indonesian land, sanctified by the blood of the Heroes!

Heroes don't die as long as we remember them.
