On November 11, 2021, Ukrainian Ambassador to Indonesia Dr Vasyl Hamianin met with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia H.E. Retno L. P. Marsudi.

During the conversation, they discussed ways to increase the dynamics of political dialogue and prospects for bilateral cooperation in trade and investment, regional cooperation, cooperation in international organizations.

The Ambassador wished the Minister success in her presidency of the G-20, which Indonesia took over from Italy in early November.

He expressed hope for Indonesia's support for Indonesia in international organizations, especially the United Nations, in combating Russian aggression and human rights violations in Ukraine's TOT.

In the context of celebrating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations next year, the interlocutors agreed to agree and jointly hold a number of landmark events.

H.E. Retno L. P. Marsudi reaffirmed her support for Ukraine's efforts to move closer to ASEAN and stressed Indonesia's priorities for national economic development, inviting Ukrainian partners to work more closely and pragmatically.
